What this Warranty Covers: The Ten (10) year no-fault warranty covers retail purchases on all AIRE branded rafts, catarafts, and kayaks against defects in materials, workmanship and user damage. This warranty covers the tubes, fabric, D-ring patches, AIREcells, valves, and zippers to be functional and water worthy.
What this Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic wear, abrasion, excessive UV damage, abnormal abuse, neglect and/or inappropriate storage. This warranty can be VOID if the boat is structurally altered, used commercially or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the fabric and/or accessories.
The Period of Coverage: The boat is covered from the original purchase date for a period of ten years. When original proof of purchase is not available or if a warranty registration was never submitted, the date of manufacturing will be used to assess the age of the boat.

What this Warranty Covers: The 3 year limited warranty covers the BAKraft against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the tubes, inflation Bag, AIREcells, valves, and zippers to be functional and water worthy.
What this Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by normal use, cosmetic wear, excessive UV damage, abnormal abuse, neglect and/or inappropriate storage.

What this Warranty Covers: The 3 year limited warranty covers retail purchases on all Tributary branded Stand Up Paddle Boards against defects in materials, workmanship and user damage. This warranty covers the fabric, D-ring patches, AIREcells, valves, and zippers to be functional and water worthy.
What this Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic wear, abrasion, skegs, deck pads, excessive UV damage, abnormal abuse, neglect and/or inappropriate storage. And this warranty can be VOID if, the Stand Up Paddle Board is structurally altered, used commercially or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the fabric and/or accessories.
The Period of Coverage: The SUP is covered from the original purchase date for a period of three years. When original proof of purchase is not available or if a warranty registration was never submitted, the date of manufacturing to assess the age of your SUP.
What this Warranty Covers: The 1 year limited warranty covers retail purchases on Tributary Tomcat, SPUD, and Sawtooth series kayaks against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the tubes, D-ring patches, AIREcells, valves, and zippers to be functional and water worthy.
What this Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by normal boat use, cosmetic wear, excessive UV damage, abnormal abuse, neglect and/or inappropriate storage.

If you have a problem with your boat, please call 800-247-3432 or one of our factory service centers for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. AIRE will pay for the parts and labor necessary to repair your boat. You are responsible for shipping to the repair facility. If the damage is a manufacturer’s defect or faulty workmanship, we will pay the return shipping charge. If the damage is caused by general wear or normal use, you are responsible for the return shipping charge.
AIRE, Inc. reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by these warranties and the right to replace any discontinued model with a current model when necessary.
AIRE, Inc is not liable for any mishap, injury or death sustained by the use of any AIRE or Tributary product. The user acknowledges inherent risks and waives any and all claims against AIRE, Inc. and any of its agents.
