At AIRE, we take pride in building high-quality inflatable boats and gear designed for real-world adventure. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the policy details below before initiating a return.
How to start a website order return (Shopify Orders only)
If you purchased directly from AIRE.com after January 22nd, 2026, you can begin a return through your Shopify customer account. If you did not purchase on the website (call-in, etc.) or purchased before January 22nd, 2026, please call 1-800-247-3432 or email info@aire.com.

Steps to begin a return:

Log in to your AIRE customer account using the link above.

Select the order you’d like to return.

Click Request a Return and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once submitted, our Customer Service team will review your request and provide the next steps, including return-authorization details (issued via email) if your request is approved.

Return Shipping Responsibility

AIRE Error or Damaged Item
If AIRE mis-ships an item or your order arrives damaged, AIRE will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Please contact Customer Service before returning the product. -
All Other Returns
For standard returns (fit, preference, or ordering error), customers are responsible for the return shipping label and associated costs.
Standard Returns for Refund

New, unused items in like-new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs, any damage-related costs, and a potential 15% restocking fee (typically applied to rafts and/or products requiring a build deposit).

New, unused items in like-new condition returned after 30 days may be eligible only for store credit, subject to evaluation.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the delivery date.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Items showing signs of use or wear

Damage caused by misuse or improper storage

Products damaged due to improper packing or handling during return shipping. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance from the carrier.

Gear containing flammable or hazardous materials

Products purchased through AIRE dealers, third-party retailers, or independent websites
AIRE reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse a return that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used gear
- Products on the Garage Sale page (demos, blemishes, seconds, etc)
- Items containing flammable or hazardous materials
Return Authorization Required
Before shipping any item back for repair, replacement, or refund, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from AIRE Customer Service.

Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.
Cancellations & Returns for Orders Purchased via Affirm
- Items purchased using Affirm are eligible for return under AIRE’s standard return policy.
- For orders totaling $500 or more, a 15% cancellation/restocking fee will apply.
- In addition to restocking fees, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The remaining balance (minus applicable fees) will be refunded to your Affirm account once the return is processed.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Please contact AIRE Customer Service before initiating an Affirm return.
