International Orders (Canada & Mexico)
Orders shipping to Canada and/or Mexico may be subject to import taxes and duties in addition to the published shipping rates. These fees are assessed by the destination country and collected by the carrier either prior to or at the time of delivery.
Please note: AIRE has no control over, nor visibility into, the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged. The customer is solely responsible for any and all applicable import fees.

At AIRE and Outcast Sporting Gear, we take great pride in crafting high-quality inflatables and gear built for adventure. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below, and don’t hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns.
Custom Inflatable Product Guidelines & Cancellation Policy
What qualifies as a custom boat?
Custom inflatable orders include, but are not limited to:

White-colored boats
-
The Mammoth
-
Any boat over 16’ in length
-
Uncommon or special-order white models (e.g., E Series, Lions, Jaguars)
-
Any modifications such as custom D-ring placements, added handles, or non-standard logos
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the made-to-order nature of custom inflatables, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. These builds require a significant investment of time and materials and are produced specifically for you. Please ensure that all specifications are correct before submitting your order. If you have any questions, we're happy to help clarify prior to production.
Standard Returns for Refund

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping, damage-related costs, and a potential 10% restocking fee (typically on rafts where a deposit to build is taken).

Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for in-store credit only, subject to evaluation.

No returns will be accepted for any reason after 90 days from the delivery date.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
*Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Items showing signs of use or wear

Misuse or improper storage
-
Products damaged due to improper packing or handling on return

Gear containing flammable/hazardous materials

We do not accept returns for items purchased through other channels, including AIRE dealers, third-party retailers, and independent websites.

AIRE reserves the right to refuse a return at its discretion if it does not meet the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.
Retail Item Returns – We’ll accept returns on boats as long as they haven’t been used, within 30 days, of course. The first bullet point can likely be removed, and the second might be combined with the “Returns for Refund” section above.

Retail Accessory items (excluding inflatables) purchased through our website or store may be returned within 30 days for a refund.

Returned items must be in unused, like-new condition with original packaging. (May be subject to a 15% restocking fee.)
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Items containing flammable or hazardous materials

Used gear
Returns for Orders Purchased via Affirm
Items purchased using Affirm can be returned according to our standard return policy. However, a 10% cancellation/restocking fee will apply to cover processing and handling costs related to the return. Once the return is processed, the remaining balance (minus this fee) will be refunded to your Affirm account. Please ensure your item is unused and in its original condition before initiating a return. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.
Returns for Repair or Replacement Instructions:
If your product needs to be repaired or you believe it is defective under warranty:

Clean and dry all items before shipping—dirty or wet items will be returned without evaluation.
