AIRE operates on a 4-day workweek designed to support work–life balance.
- Monday–Thursday
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Two 10-minute paid breaks
- One 30-minute lunch break
Enjoy three-day weekends every week.

Sewing Crew
We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who can follow established processes and take pride in craftsmanship.
What you’ll do:
- Sew and assemble components used in AIRE products
- Maintain clean, straight, and consistent stitch lines—many are visible to customers
- Follow production procedures and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and repeat processes consistently
- Sewing experience is a big plus, but on-the-job training is provided

Rotary Welding Crew
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with inflatables, and collaborating closely with a teammate. You’ll be directly involved in welding seams on rafts and other inflatable and containment products.
What you’ll do:
- Operate rotary welding equipment to create seams and welds
- Maintain clean, consistent weld lines—finished work is customer-visible
- Work closely with a partner in a two-person operation
- Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs
What we’re looking for:
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn—all training is provided on the job
